What personal information do we collect from the people who user our application through websites or app?

We may collect and process information provided by your Employer collected during the registration to identify , contact or locate such as Employee Name , Employee ID, Address, Gender , Mobile number, Email ID of any user of our application. When users use the mobile APP we collect the current location and Device details of the user. 

Any data that is automatically captured by the Application such as your mobile phone operating system every computer / mobile device connected to the internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers that serve as that computer’s Internet Protocol or “IP” address. When you request a page from any page within the Application, our web servers automatically recognize your domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed the Application.

We collect information from the user when the user registers to our application and when the user is using our mobile APP.

We use the information to have the user use our application which is a Secure Employee Transport automation system and NeOffice system. We use the info:

How do we protect your information?

Our application is hosted behind the Firewall. The application is accessed through HTTPS i.e. secured access. The database servers are secured and do not have any exposure to the public internet and can be accessed only through the application server.We have VAPT done in certain intervals to find and fix any vulnerability is available in the system 

The application requires secured authentication either through email and password or mobile number and OTP.

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes
